So sleepy! I have a bad habit. I stay up late, reading, almost every night. Even if I get home at 1 in the morning, I will usually read at least a chapter of whatever book happens to be open on my bedside table. I rarely turn off my light before midnight. It's unfortunate when I'm firmly convinced I need 10 hours of sleep to be happily awake during the day since staying up until after midnight means I'll probably get 6. This means I have a sleep deficit of around four hours per day. I guess that explains why I can sleep until noon whenever I put my mind to it. |
