Alfred Hitchcock anyone? When I came out of class at 4:30 yesterday the sky was full of crows. So was every tree in sight, the roofline of every bulding and every power line. There were thousands of them, it was really creepy. The huge number of crows has been an ongoing fascination for me. They're terrible. They tear open garbage bags and scatter litter all over the street. They tear up people's grass, looking for bugs I assume, and the lawns where the crows have been at work look like they've got a disease of some sort. Plus, when I have to walk past a large murder of them (that's really the name for a group of crows), they fly up all over the place and I'm always afraid one of them's going to fly right into me. Think about how one of those beaks would feel driving into your chest. I've got to say that I'm not a big fan of the crows. |
